Project site is divided with intercity road. Amusement park
is designed on the northern side of the road, while southern
part belongs to the shopping centre.

Shopping Centre is designed as semi-open air space in
harmony with the location.G1, G2 and 1st levels are open
spaces in the concept of street shopping. First and second
basement are enclosed, including larger shops. Underground
car-park is included in project in 2 levels.
