Site is located at the intersection point of 3 neighbourhood. With 4 parcels, each including a different life style, project creates a new life centre in the area.

User types are divided through 4 parcels. Aim is to have each person to find a place for themselves. For each life scenario, another
architectural character has been applied. Architecture diverse from 3 floor private luxury housing to 32 sqm studio apartment.

Retail units takes place on the street level between parcel A and B. Cafes, restaurants, shops are available on each side across the 300 m street.

Social facilities are implemented in each parcel including sports, childcare, cinema, gamerooms, swimming pools.
