Client requested an apartment building both for him and his family to stay while in Ankara, and to revalaute the site for its commercial value.

Top 2 floors are designed for the family, while others are designed to sell.Building includes 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom flats, storage units and a private fitness hall.

3 different facade work has been studied for the building for client to choose the style.
