Project consists of three 15 floors residence blocks, looking over the Marmara sea. Landscaping is designed as terraces for residence owners to use as common space.

Retail units are designed on street level.

Main goal of the project is to sustain an open view for every apartment. To achieve this goal, blocks are shifted in plan for the apartment on the back side. Thus, living rooms are directed to the vista, while bedrooms are looking to the city side.
