Since site is close to the Esenyurt University Campus, project has been designed as flexible student housing.

3 rectangular buildings are placed in site, forming an open courtyard for students. Cafes, restaurants, workshop areas, library are designed on the ground floor for use of students. An open cinema / theatre is designed on the middle. Sports hall is also integrated into the project on the first terrace, looking over the valley.

Housing units vary through studio, 1 bedroom and private 2 bedroom units. Units’ facades are directed to view of the valley.
Car park is included in basement floor.
