Akcakoca municipality has wanted to revaluate the site, which old
municipality building was on.

Original idea coming from the mayor was to build a mall, but since the site is next to the coast, and have a very high potential to become a great attraction zone in the city, we proposed an urban park.

Park is designed as terraces, since the site has steep slope in some points. On those terraces, we also created retail functions to provide service for people.

Office units are designed on the street level of site, with 1 ground floor and one normal floor. Ground floor is serving as retail.
