Located in the central zone of  Alsancak -heart of Izmir- the project aims to create a  permeable life within its different users.

Ground level operates as an alive commercial promenade. 
Neighbour park is also designed and introduced to the project. Thus, project site is also preserved as  public space, open to the city.

3 of 4 blocks serve as housing which includes different sizes of apartments. One block operates as doctor’s offices varying from 40 sqm to 100 sqm.

Wooden elements and natural stone cladding is used in facades.
To sustain relationship with the 
surrounding buildings, stone is used in the facades looking to street side. Wooden - open facade is preffered for square and park side.
