Located in outskirts of Tian-Shan mountain, the facilities are designed to serve national athletes, wrestlers, football players, basketball players, martial artists and swimmers.

Facilities include various sports and training halls, healthcare centre and a 90 room luxury hotel. Down the hill a football pitch is placed for players to practice. Running paths and open air training areas are implemented throughout the site.
